When the watermelons and cantaloupes get ripe, almost nothing tastes better than this protein shake! It’s a great way to start out a hot summer day! I crave it before I go fishing.
Watermelon is great at helping you flush out toxins by assisting your kidney with the conversion of ammonia into urea, which is less stressful to the kidneys. It’s light diuretic effect keeps you from “holding water” and reduces blood pressure.
Ladies, you can use it as a monthly bloat reducer. Ya know what I mean?

All in all, there are just tons of micronutrients in here and plenty of fluids to assist with hydration. Heck, one of the main ingredients is WATERmelon!

BTW, it makes two servings. You MUST add the protein powder. That’s what makes it more of a complete feeding. You never want a carb only type of meal.
