Return Policy:

- Your Salt Strong gear purchases are protected by a 100% money back guarantee covering the price you paid for the product for a period of 30 days from the date of your original purchase… obviously, it must still be in as-sold condition to qualify (reels must be in new condition and have all original manufacturing equipment still in box).
- You must notify our support department via an online return request form submission, an e-mail or call (contact info is shown below) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Once complete, you’ll receive directions on where to send your return item.
- You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Any refund requests received after the Thirty (30) Day time limit will not be recognized.
- Once a return item is received, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address.
- Salt Strong reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used.
Exchange Policy:
- You must first notify our support department via an online return request form submission, an e-mail or call (contact info is shown below) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Once complete, you’ll receive directions on where to send the exchange item.
- You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request an exchange. Merchandise must be in new/unused condition to be eligible for an Exchange. Any Exchange requests received after the Thirty (30) Day time limit will not be recognized.
- Once an exchange item is received, the exchange process will take no more than 30 days. Upon receipt of gear, you’ll be provided with a list of available options to choose from to complete the exchange to your satisfaction.
Defective Merchandise:
- Any product that is considered defective or damaged must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer through their listed Return Policy. If you have a broken or defective product and feel that it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.
- Our Team would be happy to help you with any questions you may have during this process, feel free to contact us if you require any assistance.
Line Spooling Service:
- Any Returns or Exchanges of fishing reels will only be authorized if the request has taken place within Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase. All product(s) must be in new/unused condition and include all original manufacturing equipment still in box. This Policy will extend to fishing reels that have undergone our Free Line Spooling Service, provided the product is still in new/unused condition.
Freight Claims:
- If products were damaged due to the shipping process; customers must file damage claims within 5 days to the shipping agent. UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS will notate the order and Salt Strong can file damages and have our product replaced.
- Once freight claim is filed and proof submitted, Salt Strong will forward a return label and recover product(s). Once shipping label is scanned and in route to Salt Strong, we will send replacements out immediately to resolve our customer’s order.
