*** Return Policy *** If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new, unused items in the original box (with all accessories) within 30 days for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the credit card account charged for your order. If the credit card used on the purchase is no longer valid, a gift card will be issued for the same amount.  To receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Salt Strong reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. Simply complete the form below and we will contact you with instructions on the return. 


*** Defective Merchandise*** If a product is identified as being defective within 30 Days of the Purchase Date, please email a detailed description to shop@saltstrong.com outlining the issues with the product. Please include the name of the product as well as your original Order Number for documentation. We will provide a Return Label to send back the product and will send a replacement once the product is received & confirmed to be defective. If a replacement is not available at the time of the return, we will provide a Gift Card for the exact amount of the product originally purchased.
Any product or part that is identified as being defective/damaged/missing outside the first 30 Days of Purchase Date should be returned directly to the respective Manufacturer under their Return Policy. *** Freight Claims *** If products were damaged due to the shipping process; customers must file damage claims within 5 days to the shipping agent. UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS will notate the order and Salt Strong can file damages and have our product replaced. Once freight claim is filed and proof submitted, Salt Strong will forward a return label and recover product(s). Once shipping label is scanned and in route to Salt Strong, we will send replacements out immediately to resolve our customer’s order.

Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.
