INSIDER CLUB MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The Salt Strong Insider Fishing Club is what our Members say is our most valuable offering because we share the most up-to-date trends, tactics, and strategies for consistently catching quality saltwater fish while also saving 20% off on fishing equipment.
It is available as a subscription plan service, and we offer the absolute best guarantee possible in the fact that we guarantee that you’ll continue to be thrilled about your purchase for the duration of your membership (annual plan gets a 365-day satisfaction guarantee & the monthly plan gets a 30-day satisfaction guarantee).
If the refund is requested within 60-days after purchase, the refund will be applied to the card that you used for the order within 5 business days. If a refund is requested over 60-days after purchase, then the refund can take up to 2 weeks because you’ll likely have to be refunded via a check sent in a letter by the US Post Office.
To start the cancellation process of you Insider membership, follow the steps below:
- Complete the REQUIRED online cancellation form. Note: if you do not complete the form, your cancellation request will not be processed
- Our customer service team will receive the request and email you with the cancellation confirmation
Notes:
Limitation: You may get only 1 refund for the Insider Club membership dues… any future orders for the Insider Club after a refund has been granted are non-refundable.
Gift Packages: If you received a free Gift package for joining the Insider Club annual plan and ask for a refund within the first 3-months (aka – only joining to get free gifts), we’ll deduct the price of the gifts from your refund or send you a prepaid return label to return the gifts for getting the full refund of the Insider dues. If the value of the Insider Welcome Gift is $100 or over, the first year of membership dues do not qualify for a refund.
200% Guarantee: If you purchased an annual membership after Dec 1st, 2020, the first year of your subscription is protected by an additional guarantee above the traditional 100% refund that applies to all orders. To be eligible to the additional $97.00 that makes the 200% guarantee, the following items must be true: (1) you have been an active member for a minimum of 300 days, (2) you completed the 3 core Mastery Courses that came with your membership, and (3) you posted at least 6 posts in the Community platform. If you have done all 3 of those items and still somehow feel that you’re not catching more fish than ever before, then send us an email letting us know that you’d like to claim the refund of what you paid for the Insider Club plus an additional $97.00. Our customer service team will be quick to respond and check that the requirements were completed, and we’ll issue a check within 10 days for anyone who submits the request while satisfying the eligibility requirements. Note: This guarantee is void after 365-days of insider club purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR SALT STRONG FISHING COURSES
The Salt Strong Courses are all structured online video-based courses that cover everything you need to know to master the topic of each course. They all come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for an entire 365-days so that you have plenty of time to implement the tactics and strategies that you learn.
If the refund is requested within 60-days after purchase, the refund will be applied to the card that you used for the order within 5 business days. If a refund is requested over 60-days after purchase, then you’ll be paid your full refund via a check sent in a letter by the US Post Office which can take up to 2 weeks.
To claim your refund, just send an email to fish@saltstrong.com saying that you would like to get a refund. Just let us know what email you used for the order along with which course you would like refuned, and we’ll follow-up with you to confirm that it was received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR SALT STRONG INSIDER CLUB GEAR
- We’re so confident that our gear is the strongest on the market that we offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Salt Strong Gear allowing you get get a free exchange or a return for a full refund in the event you somehow feel that it can’t keep up with your saltiest of adventures.
- You must first notify our support department via an online return request form submission, an e-mail or call (contact info is shown below) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Once complete, you’ll receive directions on where to send the exchange item.
- You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request an exchange or a return. Any exchange/return requests received after the Thirty (30) Day time limit will not be recognized.
- Once an exchange item is received, the exchange/refund process will be processed.
- Important Notes:
- Given the long exchange period, there can be no guarantee that the specific gear is still available. If the gear in question is no longer available, you’ll receive credit towards another Salt Strong product up to the base cost of your original purchase.
