*** Return Policy *** If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new, unused items in the original box (with all accessories) within 30 days for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the credit card account charged for your order. If the credit card used on the purchase is no longer valid, a gift card will be issued for the same amount.  To receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Salt Strong reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. *** Defective Merchandise*** Any product that is considered defective or damaged must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer through their listed Return Policy. If you have a broken or defective product and feel that it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement. Our Team would be happy to help you with any questions you may have during this process, feel free to contact us if you require any assistance.


*** Freight Claims *** If products were damaged due to the shipping process; customers must file damage claims within 5 days to the shipping agent. UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS will notate the order and Salt Strong can file damages and have our product replaced. Once freight claim is filed and proof submitted, Salt Strong will forward a return label and recover product(s). Once shipping label is scanned and in route to Salt Strong, we will send replacements out immediately to resolve our customer’s order.
