Slam Stick Spinning Rod Warranty

Thank you for purchasing our awesome Fish Strong Slam Stick rod!

On top of being an excellent fishing rod, it comes with an excellent 3 year warranty program in the unlikely event that your rod has any sort of issue (even if it was broken by an accidental encounter with a fan).

Here's how your Slam Stick rod will be covered:

If your rod was damaged/broken during shipment, Salt Strong will provide a replacement rod in a timely manner at no expense to you.

If your rod breaks after usage for any reason at all, you will be granted a free replacement as long as you cover the $30 shipping fee if you're an active Insider Club member.

Note: If you're not a member, then you can get a replacement for $50 plus the $30 shipping fee.

For any additional breaks, your replacement will be 50% off of the MSRP price of this rod (199 * 50% = $99.50).

Please be aware that due to limited inventory, if we are unable to provide a replacement Slam Stick at the time of breakage, you will be added to our Waiting List and we will provide a replacement as soon as one becomes available.

To begin the Warranty Process:

1. Capture several pictures of your broken/damaged Slam Stick. We suggest taking several pictures of the broken/damaged location as well as 1 full picture of the rod in its entirety.    
2. Contact us directly at fish@saltstrong.com with a brief description of the issue & attach all requested images in the email.
